Creativity - Sending Samples For Collaborations LO5

With my music, I often require that people purchase my samples before I send them to people. I feel bad if I send samples to people for free while making others pay. However, I decided that if I wanted to achieve my goals in music, which are to get a big song and to work with as many people as possible, I had to provide a free option. So, on top of offering free samples, I began sending these samples out to many people. This was extremely beneficial because I was now working with people who had connections to other artists, so I was expanding my network while making many new songs. On top of this, many of the producers I sent samples to are very good at programming drums, which is my Achilles heel. With collaboration, we are able to combine the two things that we are best at to create a great song to send over to artists. Without collaboration, I wouldn't be able to create as many songs as I do, and I wouldn't have as many connections as I have presently.
