Activity - Math Homework Ethics LO7

    Recently, I had to do math homework and I noticed that seemingly everybody doing the paper was working together which wasn't allowed. It was difficult math, so it's no surprise that many people were doing it. It would have been very easy for me to join in on the group and ask them what the answers were, but I didn't. Getting into the habit of not doing honest work would affect my study habits, and it would not prepare me properly for the world outside of high school. Considering the consequences of not doing honest work beyond just getting in trouble from a teacher finding out, reassured me that it was best to try my best and not fall into the trap of getting better grades upfront on the homework, and then struggling on the eventual test because I didn't actually learn how to do the math myself!
